Which politician gave a speech with a bullet in his chest for two hours?

In 1912, when American politician Theodore Roosevelt attempted to run a presidential campaign, one of the voters among the crowd shot him in the chest. The bullet went through his glass cases and a book that he was carrying near his chest. However, Roosevelt didn't panic and didn't leave the tribune and continued his speech - he told the public that he was shot and talked afterwards for about 2 hours. His natural instincts allowed him to believe that the injury was not dangerous for his health, because he wasn't coughing blood; that meant that bullet didn't pierce his lungs. Later after the speech when he visited the hospital doctors confirmed that bullet went 76 mm into his chest and taking the bullet out would be more dangerous that leaving it, so Roosevelt was carrying the bullet in his chest for the rest of his life.
